Author Full Beam not working?

Hi,
When I pull back the right stalk to flash my full beam only my left 1 goes on and if i try and click it to turn them on perminantly the same happens and I have tried changing the bulbs around, still the same

Can this be the stalk.... or maybe the loom??

Anyone had this prob?

may this be a fuse?
can some1 please tell me which fuse is for the full beam on the off side.

id be worryed if i pulled my right stalk to flash lights a its my window wash but on antoher note you checked the bulb/fuse you can find where the fuses go on the fuse box (near steering wheel) jsut take the lid off and its on the reverse side of that.

oops left 1 bud, how do I know which fuse is for what bulb?

on the inside of the fuse box cover there is a diagram
