Studio apartments are shite unless they are very cheap, you have no friends, and dont plan on being there long
I very nearly bought a studio flat for my first place, 50k it was but just had lounge/bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and wardrobe space and there was a couple living there!
Horibble flats

Yea, the choice is £100k on a Studio with no parking or £114k on a 1 bed with a parking place. Both in the city centre. Think the difference works out at £20 odd extra a week so it's not that difficult a descision to make

nah, thats just open plan.
My apartment has a kitchen/living room (as do most city centre by me) but has two bedrooms so certainly isnt a studio!
