You can't, believe me. When someone left me a negative I was on the phone to ebay whinging, as well as sending countless emails. Doesn't make a blind bit of difference. The ONLY way is to mutually withdraw.
Personally, if I was you. Because she only has 4 feedbacks at the mo she probably won't give a shit. You've got 90days to leave her feedback...
Let her build up her feedback score for a month then BAM! - Hit her where it hurts
