Garden progress has cos of the weather, and other jobs taking priority. Kitchen done, bathroom being done at the moment, so when the fitters have gone I got to tile the floor and walls in the kitchen. Still got the rest of the garden to finish round mine, the pond at my mums place, not to mention getting the car looking a bit less of a mess inside than it is at the moment!

Im currently working on the back garden, so far ripped out the old fence & hedges, got a mini JCB to remove 16 cubic yards (2 large skip fulls) of soil to level the whole garden off.
Thats where I am up to now, next need to put in an order for timber & make new fences, not cheap though looking at £1200 for the materials for that alone. Once thats done Im putting down landscaping fabric & 5 tones of chips, maybe some decorative paving.
Costing about £3000 all in including the slabs & hut I put in last year!

Getting quotes for hallway/landing to be skimmed and hallway through to kitchen to be tiled
I really, really have to pull my finger out and start getting things done.
