everytime turn pc on comes up with an error with this, not tottally sure what the rundll32 is or does but i know its a common place to hide virus etc (or i think it is) but can anyone shed anylight on it? or how i can stop it from saying it on start up, comp seems to be running fine

Open it with notepad; search for text "padding"; if it is there you have an unidentified object; size of dll32 worm is 31,5 to 32 kb

What does the error say? There's been a common one caused by a recent Windows Update that's conflicted with a driver or two, and it involves rundll32.
