i was just wondering if anyone knew if you have to have a re-test etc if you have 6 points for anything or is it 6- both for speeding? i know this is only for new drivers for the first 2 years (i think) but ive already got 3 points for driving withouth due car and attention this was on a scooter tho, so would this make a difference or is it 3 more points and im out,

Not sure on that one, it might work out the 2yrs is from when you got your CBT

6 points within 1st 2 years u have to re-sit your theory and test again, after 2 years you can up to 12 points for anythin,
if you have a major crash or get court doing something really silly they can sometimes give you points and send you on professional driving courses

but surely its stupid cus i got 3 points for a scooter acident (went throught the back window of a audi a3 and write off the car - scooter was fine) but still thats when i wasn't at all qualified??

so do i hah the even funnier bit is i went up to get my wheels fitted the other day at a local garage and he was ther i said ite m8 hows the audi and he frowned!
