how easy are the kits to fit wouldnt mind one myself ?

Not hard at all. All you do is position the solenoids so that they pop the pull up levers (Not sure of proper term).

Just connect the live wire of the ECU (included in kit) to a live from the battery and you're laughing. 4/5 hours work once you know what you're doing. I now do them in around 2/3 hours.
