what would i expect to pay?

yeah i would say so, but you dont really see much of a gain without other mods such as mantzel and full system, I paid £60 for mine.

Janspeed do one with a silencer for £70ish. Thats mild steel.

You most likely wont notice the power increase if thats wot ur after, but it'll make a good sound.

no it wont have a silencer just a pipe
