Unless ur caught on camera fuck um, and even if you are you can drive away and there not gona be able to get cash then and half the people who calmp in the uk should not be doing so by law anyway.

maybe but prob wont stand up in court anyway, prob get thrown out or thay prob would not bother going ahead with it due to costs.

i think theres a lot of this cowboy companies popping up, last week in the paper some guy left his car on private land, no signs or anything, came back 1 hr later and had his car clamped, would cost £90, but they said they sent a tow truck, since the truck was dispatched, he had to pay £230, even tho the truck wasnt even there when he came back with the money...shocking

If the sign went up and you were already parked there then surely that is an illegal clamp. I know a similar story about painted yellow lines appearing after the owner had already parked. I'm sure he got off. Can you not find out the companies details who owns the land and have them confirm when the signs or what time they were put up?.
