Arite guys, is it a common problem for corsas to eat the insides of tyres away? My corsa has been lowered 60mm on springs and shocks it has corsa c sxi wheels with a 195/45 tyre on it, its literally only the inside quater that wears the rest of it is fine, any suggestions on how to try and decrease tyre wear?

Cheers

think its probably just the camber which you will have to live with unless you get some adjustable top mounts i think.

is your tracking ok?

well now u mention tracking it hasnt been checked in a while, but as far as im aware its fine. Might get that checked, cheers for the reminder. If it isnt the tracking how much is it for adjustable top mounts and are they easy enough to get the camber right?

Would defo agree with joe, I ate the inside of a couple of tyres because of dodgy tracking.

what size wheels you got?
as the rear isnt adjustable 17's tend to do the inside edges abit. 18+ and there dead within 6 months as i found.
that'l teach me for buying barry wheels. they were the days!

Camber wouldn't do them quickly.

i ad the same problem on my sport, its lowered 30 on 15s. i bought some camber bolts from deamontweeks-50 quid but better than new tyres every 5000 miles! found it rides a lot better 2, had to drill the hub to shocker top bolt hole to get it into spec but thats what it needed! hopefully tyres will last ok now, well as long as yokos last anyway!!
