i know the brakes on my sport are the same diameter as the 2.0 cav setup (256mm) but theres a difference in thickness of the discs.my question is can i use the 2.0 discs with my sport calipers?are they the same?

Yeah, yours are thinner. 22mm instead of 2L 16v's 24mm.

I dont think the discs will fit.
