had a message come up earlier when loading something saying enable virtual memory, this would mean what? and how do i enable it? am on vista

In the start menu, right click on my computer and choose properties.

then advanced system settings

Advanced Tab

then click settings on the performence tab and choose "let windows choose what's best for my computer"
