can you fit polly bushes your srlf or is it a garage job? e.g. need anything to fit them?

blow torch, hammer, copper grease and a strong arm. Or a vice or press always helps. Fairly easy, i done mine myself. Burn the old ones out or press out. And press new ones in. easy as that. I didn't press mine i tapped them in with a hammer.
