i think it could look quite good personally. its not over the top, but you would need other styling mods on the car that would compliment it

Can a car look retarded?

I've photoshoped it and it doesn't look too bad IMO but I don't have the patiemts to spray the bumper to the car and then after fitting it deciding to modfy it!

Will try an get a pic up.
