Do they charge to send an engineer out?? Ive got one coming on Monday to look at my cable box (fucked!) & couldnt understand what the fuck Paki McGoo was saying about charges!

will be free if the engineer finds a fault and to replace equipment, but if he doesn't find a fault then usually you'll be charged - £50 i think
