as above. not just the ends the whole rod?
corsa by the way, cant get the ends off stuck on badly

Not sure, my ends were really stiff when they got change a few weeks ago, got them off with alot of force though Soak them in wd40 and keep trying

iv heated them up with a welding torch the lot. but will keep trying

If your careful you can cut a slit down the side with a grinder to loosen them.

yes. pull the boot back on the rack and you can unthread it at that end quite easily.
