So what secretaries cover the above then Steve?

We do law, but doesn't mean I know law.........

Nope, won't give you anything techy, but then its not meant to. Its about managment, not technical skills...

Surly if your some sort of training school, you would know this, or again, are you just trying to be clever, but actually arn't

Its no good, but our top 10 law firm is going to be using it for our IT structure, and a lot of the other law firms and investment banks are using it as well. Many firms are using its methodolgy (of which works, but is boring as feck anyway).

Your teaching school secretaries...

I think your on another level. Secretaries doing backups, what tiny little tapes, not quite on our scale of things... It teaches NO technical IT information, so quite how it has anything to do with your secs doing IT backups is a little questionable.

Secretaries You really do make me laugh sometimes Steve.

ITIL has no technical information whatsoever. Its all about best practice and thats it

And ITIL does work in theory its just a bastard and ballache when its in practice.

Thankyou....

Best practice. Only issue is, our place is only taking what they think they need from it.......

Its gonna go wrong.... But thats the managers.

The theory and practice works, but to me its just commen sense on how to run the department well, jsut with all these fancy words and terminology put in to confuse you

Still, another thing to go on the C.V.
