I've got a large folder(35mb) that I need to send to our PR Company but haven't a clue how to Zip/compress(?) the folder in order to send it, anyone help me out with a step by step guide?

Ok tried right clicking and compressing the folder and it went from 35mb to 33.1mb Really need to get this done before I leave the office

Yes, but you can change the file type in advanced options.

I dont know much about this in all honesty, didn't know what I was expecting really. All I know is the I told the lad it'll be about 35mb and did he want me to send it on disc and he told me just to Zip it and send.

Sorted now, resized the images an got it down to about 6mb, cheers anyways lads
