My diet is getting criticised by mates these days , but they are quite right its bloody terrible !

Just wondering how many takeaways etc you will eat in the average week ?

Only on a Sunday i have a proper dinner with family Rest of the time i buy butties from Tesco, KFC, Maccies, Burger King and the local chippy.

Something i need to sort out really!

I'm pretty bad for it! It cant be helped because its just there..and so easy. Came back from wales the other day n i had 3 kfcs in 2 days =[ ha
