bassicly my account was suspend due to me not paying my listing fees. its not much but i carnt really afford it.
is there any way to set up a new account with the same email?

You can setup another account with a different email address. You'll have 0 feedback and be a new member for 30days tho so I personally wouldn't bid on your stuff

You won't be able to register as a seller with the same card tho.
