does a car have to have a workin horn as my car was just mot'd by the garage i bought it from and the horn dosent work lol

well the car passed its mot and it also has squeeky breaks the passenger side, you think its been a dodgy deal with the guy that done the mot?

squeeky brakes arnt a reason for failure...
he probly just rushed and neglected to test the horn.
