She decided she really wanted an mg f/tf convertible. i was like errrr no way. so we came to a compromise and we decided on an mr2 roadster (mk3)

so we travelled 120 miles to go and look at one in our budget. after some haggling we left a deposit on this lil baby....





Its a w plate. Air con, soft and hard top, full mot and 6 months tax. 3 months full warranty (not a crappy one, that aint worth the paper its written on :lol, sports seats etc etc.

Gotta pick it up weds, shes so excited

Its in proper nice condition, just needs the wheels refurbed, and the bonnet is quite well covered in stone chips, although the bumers aint. so think i may get it painted for her.

yea i took it for a drive, didnt seem really quick off the mark, but once it was going it seemed to shift

i prefer the turbo i had, but then that cost a fortune to run lol.

is that when the head gaskets are blown or after ??

A mate had a 52 plate tf from new, it blew 2 head gaskets in a year
