got a nokia 6280
its doin random shit now.
speaking to paul w and he thinks the cable between the bottom part and top part of the phone has gone as the screen is doin weird and wonderful things
its not 12 months old, i bought it from a o2 shop. where do i stand? any warrenty?
do i take it to the o2 shop?

yup if its in 12 month you have manufacures warranty take it to shop they wlill ship it for repair job done.

phoned o2 they told me to take it to a nokia repair centre with recipt.
now its really pissing me off 
its not funny, screen keeps buggering off

mine did this, all there do is update the software!
it also has a shitty habbit of turning its self off for no reason!

same as mine, every so often itll turn itself off,
i put this down to it being a payg phone that is made for 3g, cos every so often normally bad weather my signal bar will switch to 3g and the phone wont recive or make calls or messages

went in today for repair, they phoned me up about a hour ago
they have changed the lcd, and its still broken so they are sending it to nokia.
3 weeks

lol 3 weeks its a piss easy job an only takes about 15 mins max to do all they need to do is change the ribbon that connects the 2 boards together an with nokia you get 24 month warrenty not 12 but they dont like tellin you that

With orange, if you have the insuance then u phone up, and they will deliver a new phone to ure house the next day, and simply take away ure old one.
Simple as that. Good old orrange!

My 6280 randomly reboots itself... Need to take it to a Nokia SC - but will they charge me to update the firmware?
