Need to sell my corsa, as I cant get it welded

1995 Vauxhall corsa, 7 owners. No service history, has been SORN'd for 2 years.

Paintwork is pretty good for age, few scratches here and there, but most would polish out. Two dents on the drivers side door & rear quarter panel. Some paint bubbling along the roof.

To put the car on the road, it needs:

2 new tyres
Crossmember welded (New crossmember is provided, just need to weld it in)
New front and rear breaks (Included is new 2.0 disks and pads, plus rear shoes)
Exhaust needs welded, its blowing at the cat.

Good bits on car:

Colour coded bumpers, arches and boot lock
White astra mk3 15" wheels
GSI Spoiler
Colour coded mirrors
Punto wiper
Lowered 40mm on Gmax springs
Illuminated sun visors
GSI Steering wheel
Rev counter clocks
Map interior light
Blue bulbs on dash & MFD
Sport front seats
K&N Induction cone
Ecotek valve
White rocker cover with chrome bolts, new rocker cover gasket.
Just had an oil change, filter, leads and plugs.

Really dont want to sell it, but my bastard of a brother wont weld it, and I dont know anyone that can do it, so im selling up.

Not sure what its worth tbh, offers.

Also included is everything to take the 1.2 to 60bhp, 1.4 injector, 1.6 inlet, 1.8 throttle body, GSI manifold, and GSI cam

May include a decent headunit, amp, sub, and 6x9s for extra.

Would p/x on a 1.4 sport or sri.

Really not sure what its worth, an equivelent 1.2 mot'd and taxed is about £800, so say £550? Really unsure

oh, theres 84k on it too, iirc.

Im in helmsdale, about 70 miles north of inverness.
