If i'm in third gear about 2000rpm and i floor it the car splutters really bad but its fine if i just tickle the pedal? anyone got any ideas?

Sorry not really explained it there. its like when approaching an island for example if the revs drop to about 2-3k rpm and i want to pull away i have to press the pedal softly otherwise it just splutters and coughs. I think it might be overfuelling but not sure

It does come on intermittedly but never stays on for longer than 10 secs

I had a very simular problem wen i hit a small bump in the road and i later found out was down to a loose earth on the fuel rail...

Does it sound like a scooby and really bog down

Yes kind of. it jumps like a kangaroo and kind of like its stalling but not if you get me. but its wierd it only does it with full throttle

Not really mate. I think my exhaust has got a few holes anyway so sound load as it is. the engine also has a FSE fuel regulator and cams and a unichip if that helps

How are the plugs and leads even the dizzy?
Have you check all the earths
