hi, i am looking an alarm fitted in my car but i want the door pins to go flush with the doors when they are locked...so how can this be done so...
1) are there any shorter aftermarket door pins i could use or would these need to be modified?
2) i lock my doors 95% of the time i get in my car now so how would i get the door to unlock when i want out?

Could modify the original pins maybe? And you would prob need remote central locking, lock it with the keyfob when you are in, unlock with the keyfob too.

o sorry, the alarm im after comes with r/c/l also, didnt even think of that lol thanks!

Cut the pins down at the bottom, cut wont be seen then.

take them out completley an fill the hole just bend the metal rod over a bit like a hook tho so you can still open if you take your door card off

was told i couldnt do this because the pins are square/rectangle...can only be done with round ones?

get something like a toad ai606 alarm...... when you start the car it'll automatically lock the doors, and open them when you turn engine off.
you can disable this function as well (so you don't lock yourself out lol!

you could also add a push button to open the door from the inside aswel i should imagin, like on the dash or something
