You have to collect the skull in the solo missions.

Basically the same as COG's on Hears of war

do a goole search and you'll find websites telling you were to find them

From what I know the skill is gained from playing the ranked matches only. When matchmaking you will see that it will try and find players who have similiar skill level as yourselve. This prevents l33ts playing n00bs in ranked games

The skills level is also tied in with the ranks i.e. you need to achieve a certain skill level before you can progress to a higher rank. Again, I think this is to stop players from gaining high ranks by just playing social games.

The highest rank i've seen has been a Major (star) and whilst speaking to him he said that he's seen someone with 3 stars!!! WTF!!!!

i managed to spot a few people with 2 stars (commanders) beat a guy to 1st in a swords match in one which made me happy
