A house brick is 225mm by 75mm by 112.5mm inches, blocks (both types) are 3 bricks high and two bricks long, not sure if that includes mortar (which is about 10mm between each one)

So, that would make one block either -

450 x 337.5 x 75mm

or

460 x 357.5 x 75mm

I think

Hold on, I've done it wrong

It'd be 450 x 225 x 112.5 or 460 x 245 x 112.5.

300 x 200 x 150 doesn't sound right to me

you're sort of right on the brick size Robin. The brick would be 225x75 with a 10mm bed and perp joint
