you can use any paint really, as long as you do a good job of the rubbing down your fine.
use a really fine wet and dry paper gives a good results
i used white gloss paint i bought from the garage cost me £2.65 a tin and it looks amazing
up to you really but you can primer them also and laquer them.
remember and use a fine wet and dry to rub down the paint slightly between coats
(once its dry obviously lol)
