what would it take in parts and a rough cost for a c/x16xe to be up at the same power and performance as a 2.0 redtop?

cams,inlet,4 branch manifold,exhaust?

would be interesting to do sometime in the near future if it wasnt too expensive as in general the 1600 sport engine is just alot newer than a redtop
