He's (or his character) is not funny, i'd suggest it's mainly the former. He makes the odd funny comment but he's mostly just full of shit, and I know pub landlords fuck me I know them

i think he's billiant,

some stuff is crap, but mostly good, i like the way he goes back to a previous joke with just a smal comment

such as 'fruit basket' referring to the day glo tanned tarts in the audience
