What secures these? Is it just the 3 bolts at the back of the inlet?

No you replace the 2 long bolts with shorter ones.(Will be supplied) You can't see them on the pics they are underneath

All thats needed to fit this is the two shorter bolts which i will send with the inlet. Other than the two bolts it's a direct swap for the standard upper inlet on X14XE and X16XE engines.
