where is the best place to get rebuild parts from?

ive looked at vauxhall direct but there bloody expensive

main journal shells - £188.30
big end shells - £104.40

nevermind the gaskets lol

i think sbd are quite cheap, for once, for bearings etc

uprated main bearing cap bolts 10 quid . . .etc

cheers chris, i was now gona email you. the sump baffle is the tits. already got it fited n its the only thin thats stopped my sump leaking lol
