I looked into it. Reckon I could be pretty competitive in the 1.6 8v class.

I've always wondered why you haven't started competing yet AK, you put enough money/effort into your cars for you to do so.

easier said than done with my current work commitments. I'll have been in the UK for around 4 weeks from August to jan

I'd love to do it, and love to race in TimeAttack... and I'd be 100% behind Fee is she wanted to do it too.

I'm not sure if she'd like the door to door racing though. Time Attack is more sprint like i suppose.

I watched this yesterday. Noticed the RK Tuning stickers on it straight away.

He got an awesome start, left everyone (in that vid), but then 700bhp and 4x4 helps Then a scooby got clipped going into Paddock and rolled over, race was stopped straight away.

2nd go he didn't get as good a start, but still made 2-3 places off the grid. There was an Escort Cosworth and Ford Falcon though that visably were so much faster around the bends and under braking. The skyling pulled in after a few laps due to technical issues.

HE done an interview over the tannoy, good to hear him basically saying what his car is, awesome off the line an in a straight line, but didn't stop or go round corners too well

Ford Falcon out ther was lovley. It was a quality race, hughe field, and we noted.

Novas
Pug 205
Minis (proper ones)
Esc Cos
Ford Falcon
Sierra Cossies
Saphire Cossies
Mk 2 Escorts
VW Lupo
Merc X stock car thingy...
VW Golf Mk2

Dunno if the Novas were using 1.6 or 2.0s, but they were certainly going into Paddock hill quite hot, and surviving.
