ok since i started driving i relised that im putting on weight
i cant afford to go to a gym
so i was wondering if someone could suggest a workout on these
i have this

im wanting to lose a bit of weight and build up my muscles
how long should i go on them for and how many reps at what % of my maximum should i lift



i know its a corsa forum but i have seen other people asking about this kind of thing so i thought i would try
any help would be appreciated
