can you tell if the engine is dizzy type or coil pack? looking at an engine & he doesnt know if its dizzy or coil because it doesnt have either of them on there?

it has to have one or the other 
Its its Dis Pack the HT leads will go from plugs to a wee black distribution box (not on the cams).
If it has a distributer that will be the (normally red) cap thing on the right side of the head with the HT leads going into it.
