no, just the 1.6 ones have 22 splines on the inner end of the shaft.

so do all the others, ive used 1.2 8v ones and they fitted on fine and on the 1.4 16v

today I have tried:

1.2 8v shafts
1.4 8v shafts
1.6 16v shafts
1.4 16v shafts

the only ones that matched the big block cv were the 1.6 16v shafts from a Gsi, later 1.6 16v shafts didnt fit.

the cav mk2 inner cv didnt fit. I hate bodge conversions.
