Trying to remove (exterier) handles as I have some delocked ones now. There is 2 bolts on the back. I can remove one easily, but the other is fiddly. The runner for the window is directly infront of it so I can't put a socket on it like I did the other one. And there is a semi circle of metal around the top so you can't get a spanner on it.
Anyone taken them off before or got any tips, as I'm confused as to how you're meant to do it

I'm sure you can move the runner for the window, that's how I did mine
Can't remember if there's any bolts though

Make sure the window is fully up and then with the door card off in the bottom left hand corner should be 2 bolts. Once removed give the window runner a tug and it should come out. To put back in just do this in reverse

I struggled too, i used a normal spanner and just fiddled and fiddled doing it bit at a time until it was finger tight and then undid it by spinning it using my finger.
If you drop the nut it just goes into the bottom of the door, so its easy to get at if you drop it
Edit: i didnt take the runner out - a) i didnt realise it did b) seemed too much hassle.

I fiddled with it for a while, but was getting pissed off and scared I was gonna hit my car or something
The spanner I have is too big to fit around it, and the angle it needs to be at, it can't because the door support is in the way
I know I just need to get rid of the initial tightness, then it'll come off easy. Badger

just take the window runner off, its not that difficult and makes if far easier to remove the door handle
