Standard MK4 alloys with the standard tyres - will they fit my 97 B that has been lowered about 70mm?

Looking to get my sport rims refurbed in black asap and dont want to loose the car for a few days.

it might rub as i have astra sport wheels on my car (look at garage) and they had 195/60 tyres on them and my car is lowered about 60mm and they rubbed because of the tyres

i have 195/50 on now and their fine
