Yes but it's T-Mobiles customer service that im so pissed off with! Im having to phone them all the time. Im paying for a service im not able to use! and each time i phone i get some foreigner who apologises after every sentance i speak who then tells me they wont replace the handset as its over 28 days old but they will take it for repair yet again!!!!!! even tho the handset is under 6months old (still under warranty) i keep recieveing the same handset back with software updates and even a replacement internal board (pretty much a new phone i thought) but the problem is still there.
The cheeky fuckers want £320 to end my contract early or get this...........they will give me a new phone if i extend my contract by 12months! so ill be with them for the next 2yrs.
Then to top it off yesterday i got a fucking customer service call to see what i thought of T-Mobiles customer service, i thought the guy was gna cry by the time id finished

Not 3, they are fucking shit. I sometimes don't even get reception in my house. So when it finally gets reception I get a load of old texts come through.

Vodafone have the best network infrastructure, there is no doubt about that
O2 have the best customer service and regularly win all those sorts of awards but ours is getting a lot better
Orange I always liked but they take forever to range new handsets
PS If anyone is thinking of joining Vodafone please u2u me first and I will sort some nice introductory discounts
My contract is up in a couple of months.
I shall be in touch

I have 2 phones, 1 is on O2 & t'other is on 3. Also have a HSDPA modem on 3.
Products wise & price 3 are really good. I use it on the net & it's faster & better coverage than anyone else in the area. Thats only for internet though. Calls wise when it switches between 2G & 3G it does occasionally drop calls. Customer services are shite though, proper shite infact. And their early upgrade policy is unfair IMO
My modem is brilliant though, can't fault it. I know Voda claim to be faster but the truth is it's not as usable as the coverage just isn't there. In 18 months time it might be a differant story, but then again 18 months is a long time away & things change
For just simple calls & texts O2 are hard to fault
Voda aren't that cheap, silly plans that claim to give me more & suit only certain people with certain usages
T-Mobile have it right with the flex plans, & net access is better than Voda's. I struggle with the signal in my area though otherwise I'd consider them
O2 or T-Mob FTW! And go with 3 if you want a HSDPA modem

On screen it appears fine, 5bar signal, T-Mobile on screen but.........All texts fail to send, i cant dial out either.
If someone tries to ring me they get "it is not possible to connect" or if they text me it fails. It will work intermittently so i often get texts sent at 3pm in the early houses of the next morning!
i get the exact same thing but only in my house
