Anyone that has a Flickr account and does amateur photography I'm interested in sharing.
(note: I did a thread in off day about deviantart, & didn't get much feedback)
I recently set up a Flikr account and it makes deviant art look like a pile o' poo.
So paste your flikr galleries.

Im not professional either, I just typed it out without thinking. do it as relation to Uni & as a hobby really. only had my SLR just over a month

Yeah i just thought id point it out as the word "photographer" gets banded around way too much. I hear it all too often people saying "I'm a photographer" just because they took some pictures on their phone once.
You also get the people on myspace who one took a picture of a band from a gig they paid to get into and list the band on their "client list"  shut up fools
What camera do you have mate?

Thank you, theres alot of stuff on the that needs deleting now though. Hate some of my first shots now Suppose they show progression

Yeah I agreed with you about the word photographer.
I'm using a Canon EOS 350D, pretty low end SLR but really pleased with the shots I've taken so far. Im starting to hate my first shots as I take more & more.
Contemplating heading down to Bournemouth airport tonite to get some shots. but we'll see.
What Camera you using? also what lens?

350D is a good start, just like mine D70s. Although im upgrading to a D300 for christmas and i cannot wait!! £1000 body only ace
As for Lens, well i have 3, 18-70, 50mm Prime, 70-300VR
With the D300 im hoping to get a 70-200VR and sell my 70-300 one. I also fancy a 14-24

sweet. cant wait till I've got the skills & the cash to utilize such a camera. I've yet to learn about lenses so them numbers don't mean much lol. i've got a macro lens I've borrowed from a Uni friend and then also a standard lens buddled with the camera.

I recall seeing these before. I actually live in Bournemouth for Universite so can relate to your urban photography.
