Plans/Hopes/Goals/Ambitions for 2008... not all of them obviously but include:
-hope family and friends keep healthy, esp my Dad
-hope to go back to Marbella at least once next year (after I get back from my birthday) to see my friends who live out there
-pass my three exams for work in May
-pass my cytopathology exam (theory and screening)
-complete my IBMS portfolio and become state registered and get another few letters after my name 
-Go to the Chelsea vs Liverpool match on Sat 9th Feb and throw a pie at Cosmopolitan if he's brave enough to trek down south for the match

Yeah, i should just put everything in HOPES really......
Nahh, i have to sell the SV, although i've written on the tank in the dust "SAVE ME" and "TRACK ME" so every time i see it, im tempted to keep it, and just use it as a track bike

Same goes for decortating
I must must sort somethign out jobwise/career wise though. Fed up of every other bugger earning the decent moola, bonues and such, and i get maybe a small payrise per year, some decent trips, otherwise its the typical corporate shafting

- Be a better boyfriend and dad. I.e. take kids out far more often spend more time with girlfriend
- Do better at work
- Get into a structured gym/nutrition schedule
Hopes
- To still see mates often enough
- To do a mid 14 quarter in the Zafira
Goals
- Gain promotion in my job by the end of the year.
- To get to around 13st in muscle (11st now)
- Feel happier in myself.
