Taking the Mrs for her Birthday in February, I know theres a Pacha and a Space in Barca so thats the Friday and Saturday night sorted but where what else is there to do? 
Can anyone recommend any good bars, restaraunts, places to see, etc Not the Nou Camp though as football isn't her bag

The cathedral and tour round town is good, walk down La Ramblas (like oxford street) and just chill out.
I went 2 yrs ago at a similar time to you, i loved it. I went to Nou Camp though 
dont go to any clubs down back alleys (i did and nearly got mugged of my passport etc) plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from, remember to enjoy yourself

Same as Adz says. La Ramblas, big long street with bars and restaurants. I went last February, nice and warm. Lovely city
Buy a 3 day ticket for the underground if you want to get anywhere quickly
Ditch the missus in town with some money and go the the Nou Camp

If your staying off the ramblas your sorted then. I stayed off the ramblas and at the end of the road was an irish bar, was awesome as it had other english people in. Although when i was out there it was the CL game when it was Chelsea v Barcelona in the first knockout stage and chelsea knocked them out. Was about 4 of us english in a bar full of spanish barca fans, never thought i'd get out alive

I think we went in that one, after the Barca v Liverpool game. Everyone was going mental
Remember dancing in the street and some randomer selling 6 packs of beer, bought about 2 packs and they just got thrown everywhere

Go see the fountains, they are up near espanyol's stadium, They were awesome from what I can remember, would be a nice place to go with the missus. They have a big display though so probably need to find out when they are on.

That's the Spanish nightlife, i fucking love it here! We usually go out on the weekend around 1am, the earliest ive ever got back in is 4:30, but its usually around 6 and a few times around 9 or 10am. Streets are busier at 6am than they are at 6pm, its mad! Theres also one street here called calle Orzán, which is 60 licensed premises in 200m.
