firstly it isnt a credit card its debit and second i DO have money in it
from paypal when i try to pay

Do you have more then £2 in it? My card did this until i put £2 in the account i was trying to use.

Well i'm out of ideas then. Better give them a ring.
The phone support line people are quite good. It just takes forever and a day to get through to them
