All focus DIY stores use them
Used to do the electrics on the new stores and they used these boilers.
Id imagine they use them because theyre reliable, as they dont cut corners on anything else

It's what our Plumber/gas fitter friend has recommended but I know nothing about boilers! Always worth checking

I've just had one installed to replace my back bolier. My plumber always uses decent materials. Its only been in for 2 days but seems really good!

glowworm ay bad, tops for reliabilty would probably be vaillant or worcester bosch. theyr alll pretty efficient now as its illegal to fit anythin that isnt. bear in mind u can have the most efficient boiler in the world but it will waste energy if the system as a whole isnt designed/used properly.

I reccomend Vaillant, fitted them everyday for the last 17 weeks only 2 of them had faults and they were sorted under warrenty

We've used either Glow-worm and Ideal in most of the properties we have built and have never had a single problem with any of them.

i work on a big council contract were all they fit is ideal, an imo id rather have a b&q jobbie than one of those!

Large house builders only use Idea because they get a bigger rebate on them....fact!

Ideal are rubish, we fitted 2 Ideal I-store unvented systems and they both needed backup assistance from Ideal, the pump was seized one one and the PCB board had failed on the other
B&Q`s heatline ranges arnt actually that bad, I fitted one in my uncles house about this time last year, it was piss easy to fit and bounced the hot water round, the flue fan is a tad loud though
have you made a choice yet?

My Ideal boiler was installed before we moved in here, so before May 05 and nothing has gone wrong with it yet

hate ideal boilers
especially when u have to do a heat engine on an ISar...
glow-worm condensing boilers aint that goood in my opinion, got one in the house thats rotting itself away from a condensate leak inside a few year back.. if you get one get it serviced every year so that the burner door seal can get checked or replaced

Unfortunately, i dont deal with the boilers directly (tech or service).
But still love to hear the feedback about them!

worcester bosch - we had ours around 2 or 3 years and the PCB went the other week. (printed circuit board) is that common.? luckily we got a new one for around £95.
some places quoted us £180 dodgy fuckers.
