How fast was he going then?
I thought he'd stopped behind the parked car then pulled out (quickly) after the other car had gone past, gone round the corner and someone pulled out on him.
In which case, it wouldn't have been his fault IMO.
If he was speeding, yeah, that's his fault.

Caught the last half of this.
The lads who went around the track with Plato showed no remorse or anything imho, they only said "yeah, I've learnt loads today. I respect my life" because they're fucking on tele.
They'll be down McD's next week, showing friends their new found skills.
