Just had a look at teh spa days, most of them involve gym, pool then steam and sauna. Seems pretty expensive for what it is. If it included a massage or something it would be a bit better!

Ive got my grans present sorted now randomly got talking to here about some bbc series she likes about the queen and royal family and they do an acompanying book. Just got to go and get it tomorow
