as a labourer. i was looking for a plumbing apprenticeship and got offered this. ive been told i could get into a good trade through doin this coz ill be working with joiners, plumbers, sparkies etc...
any1 had any experience with being a laborour, or know much about it? i know its hard work, but the job i have know, is physicalish.
but i have problems with my left shoulder if i put 2 much strain on it for ages (damn car crash) any help would be much apprecited boys and girls

its really seasonal work and even when in season still hard to get jobs ahead of our polish neighbourghs

take the job, and keep looking for an apprenticeship

It's luck, if you get with someone who will genuinely help you progress, meet the right people and go the right path then it could turn out good, then again it could turn out you end up laboring for ages and nothing comes of it. Personally I'd look for an aprentaship in a trade first and go that way, tthen you will be laboring but more chance to develop.
