no but this stupid card reader crap they have is so annoying, kind of defeats the point of online banking if you cant do everything without that bloody card reader

I have one of these for Barclays. Mine's called PINsentry. And it is really annoying. Strangely, my mum uses Barclays online banking and doesn't have one.
