not sure about this but if you got a 1.4 flywheel clutch and so on its slightly lighter

Yeah, you save 2kg's doing it that way.

But how much lighter are the aftermarket lighter ones?

use a nova GTE one as they are flat type, cheaper way of doing a lightened flywheel. Also we fitted a nova flywheel to a 1.8 sri corsa.
